Clients come in all forms because we all need a little help
when life gets overwhelming. Sometimes the problems
are environmental, other times they’re internal based on
how we respond to stimuli and emotion. In any case, we
all need some insight during some parts of our life, to
overcome a hurdle or figure out why or how to move
forward.
Professional essentials
I received my Masters of Social Work at the University of
New Hampshire in 2018. I’ve worked in community
mental health, residential programs, and now private
practice. I have worked with adolescents and families
struggling with serious mental health conditions and
have done assessment & diagnostic work.
As a clinician that has specialized in serious mental illness
identification and treatment, I offer many different
modalities to meet the needs of my clients. I have
worked with adolescents and adults with problems
ranging from adjustment disorders, phase of life
problems, trauma, substance use, marital/family issues,
to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
I use Trauma Focused CBT, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy,
DBT, and Art Therapy primary modalities. I also work
with families as part of a treatment plan.
